Privacy and file handling notice
This service handles uploaded files temporarily so the selected file tool can prepare a result. These notes describe the current MVP operating rules. Check each tool page for route-specific limits before you upload.
Uploaded files and generated results are scheduled for automatic deletion, usually within 24 hours.
Download links expire 15 minutes after they are issued, and the same link cannot be reused after it expires.
Deletion starts as quickly as possible, but storage behavior and in-flight job state mean immediate permanent deletion is not guaranteed.
For operational stability and incident response, we may retain minimal request logs, error details, and processing status details. To understand overall usage, we may also review aggregate visitor analytics from Vercel Web Analytics. Those analytics can include page views, referrers, approximate country information, browser, operating system, and device type, but they do not include file names, storage keys, or document contents.
Additional notes
This is not an account-based product, so it is not designed to keep long-term histories of file contents. Limited operational details may still remain for abuse prevention, error analysis, temporary processing checks, and aggregate visitor analytics.
Visitor analytics are reviewed in aggregate through Vercel Web Analytics, and the related processing follows that provider's policies.
